Large Electrical Appliances

The purchase of integrated appliances is often made to be a complicated affair by big name retailers, but not here! With deliveries every Thursday and in between, the worst waiting time would be a week for delivery from the manufacturer but more often much less. Integrated appliances can also be found in stock so if you’re lucky there may be one there when you need it! Integrated appliances will be connected to water and mains, but fitting the door and any other carpentry work required would be at an extra cost.

Ovens are delivered and installed on the same day. Mike Sanderson staff are qualified to connect electric ovens on delivery, all included in the price if your oven is £300 or above (£24.99 installation on ovens under £300). If you ‘cook on gas’ as the expression goes, arrangements will be made for your delivery to meet the Gas Safe (Corgi) engineer at your house, who will disconnect your old cooker for disposal and connect your new one and get everything working. There is a charge for connection of gas ovens.

For example, setting up a new computer or laptop. You might be perfectly IT savvy once the broadband is working, but if you don’t know how to make connection with the world wide web, email and WiFi, then that can all be arranged in your own home, for an agreed fee.

Along with practical advice which could be all that you need, you can also have extra chips added to your computer to make it run more quickly and increase the storage memory – along with a host of other IT services.

Servicing and Repairs

Can he fix it, yes he can! Mike Sanderson Electricals don’t just sell electrical products, they can also repair your problems too!

Offering a ‘no fix, no fee’ guarantee, a quote will always be provided beforehand so that you can judge whether to repair or replace.

All repairs are carried out by the people at Mike Sanderson, at the shop, or for large appliances, usually in your home.

Large appliance repairs:

During the first year of manufacturers warranty any repairs would be carried out under the terms of that guarantee. If you purchase an extended guarantee on a product, any repairs in the subsequent period would be carried out by Mike Sanderson staff either at your home (large appliances) or at the shop. Plus, if your large appliance has to come to the workshop, the cost of collection and redelivery is included!

'Dear Mr Sanderson,
I have to put pen to paper, to just let you know, on the above date I bought a Sony TV from your shop, and the person that served me was IAN. And what a wonderful man he is.

Mike Sanderson Electricals had received an email enquiry through the Visit Cleveleys website, from a lady wishing to purchase a fridge freezer for a relative who lives in Fleetwood.

We’d had our fingers crossed for a while with our integrated washer, knowing that after 7 years of use it’s time was limited. At 9.30pm it danced its death throes to the tune of a jet engine taking off, leaving us with a wet through load of washing to drip dry and piles of laundry on the floor.

Our concern stemmed from enquiries at some of the large retailers which had led us to believe that integrated appliances were usually on about a 3 week delivery – which is hopeless with a family to keep clean.

We needn’t have worried – I called in at Mike Sandersons at about 10.30 in the morning to discover that a an extra integrated Beko washer had been delivered by mistake, which I could have there and then.

Honestly, after recent press about fridges setting on fire, I wouldn’t have picked a Beko, but hobsons choice dictated that was that, and it was delivered by about 1.30pm the same day. I just couldn’t fault the service and the way the transaction was carried out.
